iced matcha lemonade

Ingredients

1 ½ scoops (~4–5g) MowchinGoods Matcha
-
1 Water Spoon (~40ml) medium-hot water (~160°F / 70°C)
-
150ml cold water
-
½ Water Spoon (~30ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
-
1 tsp agave syrup (or adjust to taste)

Ice cubes
Instructions
1️⃣ Sift the matcha into a bowl or glass using the colander.
2️⃣ Add the medium-hot water and whisk in a zigzag motion until smooth and frothy.
3️⃣ Stir in the agave until fully dissolved.
4️⃣ Pour in the cold water and mix gently.
5️⃣ Add the lemon juice, adjusting to taste.
6️⃣ For iced: fill a glass with ice, pour over the matcha-lemon mix, and stir.
7️⃣ Sip and enjoy — bright, tangy, lightly sweet, and refreshing.
